Course description:

Wuthering Heights is a wild story of the violent love between Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff, a dirty little boy adopted by Catherine's father. After being bullied when growing up, he leaves Wuthering Heights, becomes wealthy, and then returns to exact a vicious revenge on the household, made more terrible by his love for Catherine. The wild moorland setting lends itself disposition of the characters.
